Processed Personal Data, Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing

The “Part-y” application, a platform that digitalizes part-time job postings and recruitment processes, requests personal data from its users in order to provide better service to its members and within the scope of its legal obligations and service standards arising from applicable legislation, primarily:

Law No. 5651 on the Regulation of Publications on the Internet and Combating Crimes Committed Through Such Publications and related secondary legislation,

Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and related secondary legislation,

Turkish Penal Code No. 5237, and

Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698.

In this context, Part-y requests personal data that will enable it to fulfill such purposes and legal obligations, provide you with better services, and conduct statistical studies, including but not limited to: name, surname, date of birth, mobile phone number, landline phone number, email address, gender, address, and—if you connect via social media accounts—any information you have consented to share through those channels, as well as any other personal information intended to identify the user directly or indirectly.

These personal data will be processed and stored, with information security measures in place, in order for you to benefit from the services of the “Part-y” application, based on your explicit consent, provided that they are not used beyond the purposes and scope determined by this Privacy / Personal Data Protection Policy and the Communication Consent.

Your Rights Regarding Your Personal Data

In order to learn what personal data of yours is processed, whether it is used in accordance with the purpose of processing, the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad, and—if your personal data is processed incompletely or incorrectly or if any changes occur—to amend, update and/or delete such data, and to request notification of this situation to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred, you may access your account through the “Profile” section within the “Part-y” mobile application and perform the necessary amendment, update and/or deletion actions.

Your other rights under Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 are reserved.

Retention Period of Personal Data

Pursuant to the Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce: records relating to the withdrawal of consent will be retained for 1 year as of the date of withdrawal; and the content of commercial electronic messages and all other records related to the transmission will be retained for 3 years in order to be submitted to the relevant Ministry when necessary. After the retention period expires, your personal data will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized by our company, either automatically or upon your request.

Measures Regarding the Protection of Personal Data

Protection of personal data is important for Part-y. Part-y takes necessary measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. When storing personal data, Part-y uses generally accepted security technology standards such as firewalls and Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. In addition, when you transmit your personal data to “Part-y” via the mobile application, such data is transmitted using SSL.

Part-y undertakes to keep your personal data confidential, to take all necessary technical and administrative measures to ensure confidentiality and security, and to exercise due care. Despite taking required information security measures, if personal data is damaged or obtained by third parties as a result of attacks on the mobile application and the system, Part-y will promptly notify you and the Personal Data Protection Board and take the necessary measures.

Amendments to the Privacy / Personal Data Protection Policy and Communication Consent

Part-y may amend this Privacy / Personal Data Protection Policy and Communication Consent at any time. Such amendments become effective immediately upon publication of the revised Privacy / Personal Data Protection Policy and Communication Consent within the Part-y application. In order for you to be informed of changes, necessary notifications will be provided to our members.

Users may update their membership/personal information and communication preferences at any time by logging into the system. You may submit your requests regarding this matter by sending an email to info@dotneed.io. Your request will be evaluated within 30 (thirty) days, and you will be informed in writing of the outcome. In addition, users may send all requests regarding the “Privacy / Personal Data Protection Policy and Communication Consent” to info@dotneed.io via email.

Applicable Law, Competent Courts and Enforcement Offices

This Privacy / Personal Data Protection Policy and Communication Consent are subject to the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Antalya (Central) Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from the implementation of the Privacy / Personal Data Protection Policy and Communication Consent.

Communication Consent

By accepting this Privacy / Personal Data Protection Policy and Communication Consent, you grant permission for your personal data, which you have consented to share with us, to be collected, stored, processed, used, and transferred to third parties with whom Part-y has a contractual relationship for the purposes of providing you with various advantages and offering personalized promotions, advertisements, sales, marketing, surveys, and similar activities, and for sending all kinds of electronic communications and other communication messages via phone, SMS, email, and similar methods.

I have read and understood the information notice. I consent to the processing of my personal data by Part-y for the purposes stated above and to the transfer of my personal data to the persons and institutions specified herein.
